For Eric Capolino, construction isn’t just a job; it’s his whole life.
Based in Manhattan, New York, Eric Capolino is co-founder and Managing Member of Structure NYC, the boutique general contracting and custom millwork he founded with his brother, Gino, in 2010.
Eric’s professional career began with him as an electrician. In 1997, he became a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as a Class A Master Mechanic. After high school, he attended Empire State College at the State University of New York, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Just before graduating, he decided to go into business with his brother, Gino, and the two managed CCI Construction and Development.
For more than six years, Eric and Gino worked together on large-scale real estate development and construction projects for both commercial and high-end residential properties alike. Then, in 2010 the two founded Structure NYC, offering general contracting and construction services. In the decade since it was founded, Eric Capolino has helped grow Structure NYC into a leading Manhattan contracting firm with offerings including high-end renovations, luxury condominiums, townhouse renovations, construction management, and custom millwork.
For Eric Capolino, construction isn’t just a job; it’s his whole life. From the time he was young, he saw his dad and uncles work in their own construction businesses, offering work on the side to help them in his childhood. He’s had a chance to work in all different aspects of the trade and has learned valuable skills and information to actualize the drive to build and construct that runs in his bones. He takes pride in a job well done, and his favorite part of each job is seeing the client move in, take over the space, and make it theirs. Eric enjoys being the one to help people execute their dreams from design to blueprint to build out to the finished project.
As a professional, especially one working in construction, Eric knows how important communication and honesty are for the industry. He’s helped distinguish the business through their commitment to transparency, honest communication, and accountability. At Structure NYC, Eric Capolino takes pride in doing all of their own estimations in-house. They also itemize the bill for their clients wherever possible to provide that extra layer of transparency and guarantee high-quality customer service to all of their clients. Clients work with an owner throughout the entire project, eliminating the hassle of middle management, to ensure that your finished project is in line with your vision.
